Job summary

Oxford Global Resources in Maastricht seeks an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to guide a GMP manufacturing team producing cell therapies. You will lead, coach, and develop ~15 associates, drive daily production in a GMP cleanroom, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Initial 12-month contract with intention of permanent employment, extensive onboarding, leadership development, and opportunities in a fast-growing biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in GMP manufacturing.
• Experience within Cell Therapy, ATMP, Biopharma, Biotechnology, or Advanced Therapies.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ±15 manufacturing associates.
• Drive daily production activities in a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and batch documentation.

Profile

• Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic manufacturing, deviations, and CAPAs
• Hands-on manufacturing mindset with strong people leadership skills
• Fluent in English

Employment Conditions

• Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 gross per year
• 27% shift allowance (included for pension and holiday pay calculations)
• Initial 12-month contract with intention of permanent employment
