Job summary

Akkodis Aerospace seeks a seasoned Team Lead Procurement Administration Service to join the on-site team at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years of secretarial/administrative experience, preferably in an international environment, with a few years of team management experience.
• Ability to manage the Service in terms of oversight and reporting, planning & coordination, quality management, risk and change management.
• Proficiency in team and people management in demanding environments.
• Exceptional ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service operations and lead the delivery team, ensuring proper resource allocation and workload planning.
• Act as the primary contact between Akkodis and the Client, coordinating stakeholders and providing updates on performance.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports; resolve bottlenecks and delivery deviations.
• Support Tender Action and contractual documentation processes, including coordination and filing.
• Plan meetings, travel, and events; ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
