Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project support, administration, procurement, finance or similar.
• Demonstrated organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multicultural international environment.
• Strong customer-focused communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and project control activities across ESA programmes.
• Implement and manage procurement actions, contracts and financial documentation in ESA systems.
• Monitor workflows, approvals and procurement performance indicators.
• Maintain procurement, geo-return and planning data for accuracy.
• Support contract management, milestone tracking and close-out activities.
• Produce reports, KPIs and financial analyses for programme management.
• Contribute to process optimisation and new tool implementations.
• Support manpower planning, budget monitoring and audit activities.
• Coordinate governance documentation and approval processes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
