Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in the Netherlands seeks a Process Engineer to optimize inspection processes within the PCBA Manufacturing department. You will drive robust workflows, ensure high quality and cost-effective processes, and advance automation and continuous improvement goals across production.

Responsibilities include developing and improving manufacturing processes, investigating issues, evaluating new technologies, collaborating with maintenance and engineering to ensure equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience as Process Engineer.
• Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods.
• Statistical data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of ISO/IPC quality standards.
• Ability to document processes (PFMEA, Control Plans).
• Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001; APQP/PPAP.
• Strong English communication.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s inaengineering field (preferably electrical, mechanical, physics or industrial engineering)
• 3 + years of experience as Process Engineer
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of statistical tools for data analysis
• Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements
• Ability to create andmaintainprocess documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans)
• PreferredKnowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and familiar with APQP, PPAP
• Influence and leadership in drive change initiatives
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
