Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bleiswijk is seeking a Team Lead Operations to manage a sub-process (unloading/receiving, stowing/picking or packing/expedition). You lead a team of 20–75 operators and 2–4 coordinators, drive daily operations, and partner with the Control Room to monitor numbers and planning.

You will coach, develop people, deliver KPI achievement, optimize efficiency, and implement process improvements in a highly automated distribution centre serving Zalando, on a 24/6 shift pattern with

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a dynamic logistics environment.
Able to work in a 3-shift operation and handle stress.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 20–75 operators and 2–4 coordinators.
Ensure daily operations meet KPIs and plans.
Make decisions for an optimal overall process in collaboration with the Control Room.
Optimize the efficiency of people, resources, and machines.
Propose improvements to the logistics process.
Conduct measurements, reports and analyses.
Perform performance and absenteeism interviews.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
