Job summary

UPS Healthcare is seeking an Operations Teamlead in Venlo to manage a team of about 70 warehouse employees within the UPS Healthcare global business unit. You will organize and optimize daily logistics operations, ensure processes are followed, and drive performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will also supervise staff, conduct appraisals, and lead development of team members, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics or supply chain management.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Willingness to work in shifts (06:00-15:00 / 15:00-00:00).
• Real people management skills: bringing out the best in people.
• Quality-driven and accurate work attitude.
• Good communication skills and a stress-resistant character.

Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize the daily logistics operation managing inbound, outbound and customer service activities.
• Ensure that processes are understood and followed and that orders are processed accurately.
• Take responsibility to achieve the agreed performance, following compliance and safety regulations.
• Look for ways to improve activities and processes, maintaining high quality in work.
• Supervise warehouse employees, conduct performance appraisals, develop your people and recruit new team members.
