Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-tech projects. You will ensure delivery according to scope, timeline, and budget, and act as the primary customer contact across several teams.

You will lead a team of 7–8 Project Engineers, coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales, monitor progress and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.

• Coordinating and managing escalations.
• Translating customer needs into clear project plans and deliverables.

As a Project Manager at HQ Pack, you are responsible for managing a portfolio of complex, high-tech projects. You ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining strong relationships with customers. You act as the primary point of contact for customers and play a key role in coordinating and coaching the internal teams. You lead a team of Project Engineers and ensure alignment, progress, and performance across multiple projects simultaneously. You are the “eyes and ears” within the organization, ensuring that projects run smoothly, risks are managed, and stakeholders remain aligned.

Your tasks include:

• Ensuring control over planning, budget, and scope
• Acting as the primary customer contact, including progress meetings (e.g. with ASML)
• Reporting project status to customers and internal stakeholders
• Leading and develop a team of 7–8 Project Engineers
• Coordinating and managing escalations
• Translating customer needs into clear project plans and deliverables
• Monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies across projects
• Aligning closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Operations, and Sales
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within project teams
