Job summary

Anteryon B.V. seeks an experienced project manager to oversee the product development process from concept to mass production. You will also design manufacturing processes to enable controlled high-volume production.

Responsibilities include planning, leadership of the project team, and alignment with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality. Strong communication in English and Dutch is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial environments as project leader / project manager.
• Experience managing development projects from design to mass production.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experience in production setup and technology transfer.
• Proven project management expertise balancing technical depth and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal alignment and monitor scope, timing, delivery, effort and risks.

The job

You are responsible for managing the product development process from initial conceptual designs to mass production released products. Parallel to the product development, you are responsible for designing the manufacturing processes to enable a well-controlled mass production.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Define and execute the development plan within time and budget constraints.
• Manage the entire project, including the project team, and communicate with internal and external customers and key suppliers.
• Ensure internal alignment across the organization and monitor the project scope, timing, delivery, effort, and risks.
• Responsible for creating project documentation, process flows, product routings, and milestone checklists.
• Proactively offer proposals for process and product improvements.

We are looking for

• Strong technical skills with over 5 years of experience in industrial environments as project leader / project manager.
• Extensive experience managing development projects from design to mass production, with a background in mechanical engineering or physics (optical background preferred but not required).
• Skilled in stakeholder management, both internal and external, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Experience in setting up production and technology transfer.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Dutch.
• Proven project management expertise with the ability to balance technical depth and leadership responsibilities.
