Alberdingk Thijm Scholen invites a Mathematics teacher to join the International School Hilversum, teaching IB DP/MYP Mathematics to students aged 12–18. You will help design curricula alongside a team of engineers, dancers, coders and more.
The role is based in Hilversum, with guidance from a well‑established Mathematics Department. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to engage in broader school life, including clubs and awards.

You will join the Mathematics Department and teach from 12 - 18 years old students in the International Baccalaureate Programme. You are responsible, with your colleagues, in designing the curriculum. The team is experienced and well established and you will receive guidance and support. We are particularly interested in candidates that want to join the school and get involved for example as a mentor, the Duke of Edinburgh International award, student clubs and more.

We are in the heart of Hilversum within 15 minutes walk from Hilversum station or 10 minutes walk from Hilversum Sportpark station. We also have a parking space offering free parking to staff on the school grounds.
Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.Salary will depend on your background and experience in accordance with the Dutch CAO-VO.This includes benefits like a year-end bonus and travel allowance.
