Job summary

Altum Consulting is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting & Tax professional in Amsterdam to join our international private markets practice. The role focuses on tax reporting, IFRS/US GAAP, and financial disclosures within a complex fund structure.

You will collaborate with Finance and Tax teams and external advisers, providing guidance on reporting requirements and contributing to process improvements across data flows and controls.

Qualifications

• Must have background in audit and financial accounting.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience in financial services or private equity is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tax reporting activities and ensure timely deliverables.
• Serve as the main contact for external tax advisers and manage data submissions.
• Assess tax and accounting treatment under IFRS and US GAAP and prepare position papers.
• Develop robust data flows and controls for auditable tax information.
• Review fund and legal entity structures for accurate reflection in systems and reporting.
