Job summary

Taxture Global in Amsterdam is seeking a Tax Consultant with at least 2 years of international advisory or M&A experience to support our multinational and high-net-worth clients with tax advice, structuring, and planning.

You will work with our network on cross-border projects under Dutch and international tax laws, focusing on ownership structures, private equity, IPO readiness, and tax optimization. Excellent Dutch and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed Mastera074 in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
• Minimum of 2 years of international advisory practice or M&A experience.
• Extensive experience in international tax advice.
• Dutch and English proficiency; client- and service-oriented.
• Willingness to train and manage colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide international tax advice to multinationals and high-net-worth individuals.
• Design and implement international ownership structures and M&A tax planning.
• Advise on private equity and venture capital fund structures.
• Support IPO readiness and cross-border tax optimization.
• Collaborate with Taxture7s network and ensure high-quality client service.
