The successful candidate will be joining at a period of high growth and provide clear and timely financial reporting whilst contributing to process improvements. Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Dutch GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage statutory filings, tax compliance, and support annual audits.
• Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed.
• Act as a key liaison with external auditors, bringing a strong technical perspective.
• Implement and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to new business projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CA equivalent) with an audit background (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred).
• Solid technical knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work at pace in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
