• 5+ years of functional experience with Workday Core and Workday Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes and technology-enabled talent acquisition.
• Proven consultancy and project management capabilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the multi-year Recruiting Technology roadmap in partnership with global and regional Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on recruiting technologies, market trends, and innovation opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of new functionality and tools, including design, configuration, testing, change management, and adoption.
• Optimize the use of Workday Recruiting and connected third-party solutions across the global organization.
• Deliver the Recruiting Reporting strategy through dashboards, insights, and reporting solutions.
