• Knowledge of SmartRecruiters is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Full recruitment process from intake to onboarding
• Advise and challenge hiring managers on recruitment issues and labour market developments
• Build and maintain talent pools and ensure a flow of experienced professionals and young talent
• Lead campus recruitment and represent Colliers at universities and events
• Develop Talent Acquisition, including employer branding, candidate experience, onboarding and ATS optimisation
• Travel to offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Nieuwegein

• You are ultimately responsible for the full recruitment process at Colliers Netherlands, from intake to onboarding
• Advise and challenge hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment issues, labour market developments and the best recruitment approach
• Build and maintain talent pools and ensure a strong flow of both experienced professionals and future young talent
• You are responsible for the campus recruitment programme and represent Colliers at universities of applied sciences, universities, events and in-house days
• Take the lead in the further development of Talent Acquisition, including employer branding, candidate experience, onboarding and the optimisation of our ATS system SmartRecruiters
• Work with colleagues throughout the Netherlands and regularly visit our offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Nieuwegein.

• You work easily with stakeholders at different levels and know how to take recruitment to the next level.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar
• Experience with stakeholder management and advising hiring managers
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
• Willingness to regularly visit our locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Nieuwegein.
