Responsibilities

Vinted operates a marketplace connecting members across 20+ markets to buy and sell pre-loved clothing and lifestyle items. Its business units also provide shipping services through a network of pick-up and drop-off points and secure payments integrated into the Vinted app.

Задачи:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless interview process
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers
• Build candidate talent pools through proactive sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and employer branding campaigns
• Guide hiring managers and interviewers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Track and report hiring metrics while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Contribute to talent acquisition process improvement projects
• Stay informed about recruitment best practices and tools to improve the candidate experience

Требования:

• Previous experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on tech roles
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition
