Talent Acquisition Consultant – Arcadis. Join us in the Netherlands to attract and select talent across our Mobility Business (Rail, Roads, Marine, Airports, & New Mobility).

Role description

In this role, you will contribute to the business’s success by owning all recruitment processes and enabling the business to prioritize its hiring in accordance with its commercial needs. You will also support the overall employer of choice agenda in the delivery of talent. As part of a global talent acquisition function, you will be a true business partner.

Role accountabilities

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will proactively go to market via multiple sourcing channels, attracting the best possible talent to expand our teams, primarily within Design & Engineering, Program & Project Management, and Environmental Specialisms, and occasionally resource roles from the wider portfolio.

Your responsibilities include:

• Proactively go to market via multiple sourcing channels, sourcing the best possible talent to expand our teams.
• Use market knowledge and best practice to advise stakeholders on process and ensure all roles are sourced effectively.
• Position Arcadis as an employer of choice while conducting candidate screening and interviewing prospective candidates.
• Manage a high volume of permanent vacancies across diverse levels and skill sets, ensuring priorities are identified and met.
• Manage the overall candidate experience, ensuring a positive outcome for all individuals, regardless of outcome.
• Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as an advocate for our values and ensure recruitment processes are inclusive and free of bias.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience hiring talent in the Netherlands.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, Boolean searching, and best practice use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to credibly advise stakeholders on recruiting best practice.
• Capable of confidently and articulately contributing to Talent Acquisition discussions, with a proactive, positive, and curious mindset.
• Able to overcome setbacks, learn, and continue to develop.
• Experience delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills.
• Experience working within a complex business with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
