Job summary

Reynard High Voltage Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment for technical, offshore, energy and project-driven roles in the Netherlands. You will build strong candidate pipelines, work with project teams, HR, Crewing and the Academy to translate business needs into effective sourcing plans, and own the candidate journey end-to-end.

You will be based in the Nieuw-Vennep office four days a week, with one day of remote work.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with technical, offshore, energy, infrastructure recruitment preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills for scarce or hard-to-find candidates.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Based in the Netherlands and able to work from Nieuw-Vennep office 4 days per week, with 1 day from home.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Reynard, you help us find the people who make our projects possible.

You manage the full recruitment process, build strong candidate pipelines and work closely with our teams to understand what talent we need now and in the future.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Netherlands. You will work from our Nieuw-Vennep office 4 days per week, with the possibility to work from home 1 day per week.

What we’re looking for

• HBO working and thinking level.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with technical, offshore, energy, infrastructure, engineering or project-driven recruitment is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially for scarce or hard-to-find candidates.
• Good command of English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Based in the Netherlands and able to work from our Nieuw-Vennep office 4 days per week, with 1 day per week from home.
• Available for a full-time, permanent role.
• Hands-on, proactive and well organized.
• Clear, friendly and reliable in communication and follow-up.
• Able to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Independent, practical and solution oriented.
• Strong ownership of the recruitment pipeline.

• Able to keep quality and candidate care high, also when priorities change.
• An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant with a background in technical recruitment.
• Someone who enjoys direct sourcing and knows how to approach scarce talent markets.
• Someone who likes both the human side of recruitment and the structured side of process, data and follow-up.
• Someone who wants to help Reynard grow with the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
