Job summary

Reynard, based in the Netherlands, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment process, build pipelines for technical, offshore and energy roles, and collaborate with project teams to anticipate hiring needs. You will work four days per week from the Nieuw-Vennep office and one day from home.

You will be responsible for active sourcing, candidate journey management, and data-driven recruitment improvements to support Reynard's growth in renewables and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• HBO working and thinking level.
• 3–5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with technical, offshore, energy, infrastructure, engineering recruitment preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills for scarce talent.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Based in the Netherlands; able to work from Nieuw-Vennep 4 days/week with 1 day from home.
• Full-time, permanent role.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Reynard, you help us find the people who make our projects possible. You manage the full recruitment process, build strong candidate pipelines and work closely with our teams to understand what talent we need now and in the future. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Netherlands. You will work from our Nieuw-Vennep office 4 days per week, with the possibility to work from home 1 day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from intake and sourcing to interviews, selectionand offer.

• Keep candidates and hiring managers informed with clear and timely updates.


• Keep recruitment data accurate and make progress easy to follow.


• Work with external agencies when needed, while keeping ownership of the process.


• Improve recruitment routines, candidate pipelines and hiring processes as Reynard grows.

What we're looking for

HBO working and thinking level. 3 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience with technical, offshore, energy, infrastructure,engineeringor project-driven recruitment is preferred. Strong sourcing skills, especially for scarce or hard-to-find candidates. Good command of English. Dutch is a strong advantage. Based in the Netherlands and able towork from our Nieuw-Vennep office 4 days per week, with 1 day per week from home. Available for a full-time, permanent role.
