Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is recruiting a Recruiter to support NS (Dutch Railways) from Randstad Sourceright. You will advise clients on talent management and participate in selection interviews, while handling internal stakeholder relations within Randstad Sourceright.

You will focus on roles such as train conductor, train driver, customer service representative, and Safety & Service staff, playing a key role in the sourcing process and account coordination with NS.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as recruiter or staffing consultant.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Advise the client on talent management and conduct selection interviews.
• Account management of internal stakeholders and collaboration with Randstad Sourceright team.
• Conduct structured online interviews and perform pre-screening when applicable.
