Job summary

Are you passionate about recruitment and do you get energy from interviewing candidates? Do you want to play a key role in the recruitment process at NS (Dutch Railways)? Then the position of Recruiter at Randstad Sourceright is exactly what you are looking for!

You will actively advise your client on talent management and be involved in selection interviews as well as the account management of internal stakeholders. You will focus on profiles such as train conductor, train driver, customer service representative, and Safety & Service staff—the faces of NS!

What will you do as a Recruiter for NS on behalf of Randstad Sourceright?

During the selection process, you will select suitable candidates by conducting structured online interviews. Pre-screening telephone interviews will already have been conducted by a colleague beforehand.

Who are you?

You have a passion for recruitment, which is evident from your current role in employment agency/staffing services, and you want to develop further in corporate recruitment, focusing on selection interviews and internal stakeholder management. Colleagues describe you as results- and quality-oriented, stress-resistant, persuasive, organized, and enthusiastic.

Requirements:

• A completed Higher Professional Education (HBO) or University degree (WO).
• A minimum of 1–2 years of work experience as a recruiter or staffing consultant intercedent.
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Flexibility and the ability to work with different personalities.
• Proficient Dutch and English level (C1/C2)
