Job summary

Essity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top talent and position the company as a top employer in the Benelux & DACH region. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across our commercial units, partnering with local HR and the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure we hire the right people for growth.

The role is mainly based in Zeist and open to nearby locations, with a one-year contract.

Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment in complex or international environments.
• Strong sourcing skills across channels and markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across commercial units.
• Build and maintain candidate pools for critical roles.
• Act as sparring partner to Hiring Managers and educate leaders.
• Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
