Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a hands-on TA leader to drive the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles while mentoring the talent acquisition team. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast needs, execute proactive strategies, and leverage data to improve performance.

The role focuses on building brand presence across social channels, career sites, and campaigns, while optimizing sourcing ROI and refining recruitment tools and processes for greater efficiency.

• Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, providing insights and influencing hiring decisions.
• Leverage external recruitment tools and ensure positive ROI across sourcing channels.
• Support TA leadership in refining processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.
• Utilize recruitment tools and social platforms and help organize career fairs when needed.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs
