Aegon Asset Management seeks an Intermediate Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance finance applications from the Netherlands. You will independently manage Tagetik processes, resolve complex issues, and contribute to global finance operations with limited oversight.

You will collaborate with US and NL stakeholders, perform root-cause analysis, and drive process improvements while balancing maintenance with improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant finance systems, application support, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills, including analyzing complex data and writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries.

Responsabilités

• Independently support, develop, and enhance Tagetik finance processes, including data models, integrations, workflows, and multidimensional reporting.
• Evaluate manual processes, refine business requirements, and deliver efficient, scalable, and sustainable Tagetik solutions.
• Partner with global business teams to prioritize requests and incidents, meet deadlines, and minimize operational disruption.
• Lead investigations into Tagetik production issues, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate resolution, and implement preventive controls.
• Perform accurate system maintenance and configuration changes that support reliable monthly, quarterly, and budgeting processes.
• Extract, validate, and analyze complex financial data, identify issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess impacts, resolve complex issues, and deliver effective finance systems solutions.
• Contribute to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies by refining requirements, estimating work, identifying dependencies, and supporting delivery commitments.
• Manage assigned work through Scrum boards, communicate status and risks proactively, and drive priorities to completion with limited oversight.
