Job summary

Aegon Asset Management is seeking an Intermediate Financial Systems Analyst based in the Netherlands to support Tagetik-driven finance processes and drive enhancements. You will manage data models, integrations, and reporting while collaborating with global teams to ensure timely, accurate financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of relevant finance systems or application support experience.
• Ability to independently support, maintain, and troubleshoot complex finance applications.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills, including data analysis and query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and enhance Tagetik finance processes, including data models, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Evaluate manual processes, refine requirements, and deliver scalable Tagetik solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to prioritize requests and incidents and minimize disruption.
• Lead investigations into Tagetik production issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Perform system maintenance and configuration changes to support monthly, quarterly, and budgeting processes.
• Extract and analyze financial data to identify issues and actionable recommendations.
• Refine requirements and support SAFe ceremonies and delivery commitments.
• Manage work items through Scrum boards and communicate status and risks.
