Job summary

Ebusco in the Netherlands is looking for a Tactical Buyer to secure and further develop our tactical procurement process. You will handle specifying, selecting and contracting, and contribute to the professionalization of our Procurement department.

You request quotations, manage articles and ensure stock quality in the ERP system. You also manage suppliers on price, lead time and MOQ, perform supplier evaluations and support your colleagues in daily procurement tasks.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO degree, preferably in a technical field.
• We invite starters to respond.
• Good command of Dutch and English; German and/or French is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented attitude and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with IT systems, with basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

• Transferring articles from purchasing in Europe to purchasing in China.
• Requesting quotations and managing articles.
• Ensuring stock management and data quality in the ERP system.
• Managing suppliers based on price, delivery time and MOQ.

What will you do as a Tactical Buyer?

As a Tactical Buyer at Ebusco you will be responsible for securing and further developing our tactical procurement process. You will handle specifying, selecting and contracting, and contribute to the professionalization of our Procurement department. You request quotations, manage articles and ensure proper stock management in our ERP system. You also manage suppliers on price, lead time and MOQ, carry out supplier evaluations and support your colleagues in daily procurement tasks.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

• Supporting the purchasing department in a variety of tasks, including operational tasks.
