Job summary

Ebusco is seeking a Tactical Buyer to secure and develop our tactical procurement processes. You will specify, select and contract with suppliers, drive stock accuracy in the ERP, and evaluate supplier performance.

You will collaborate with colleagues on daily procurement tasks within a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes data quality, cross-border purchasing transfers, and continuous improvement of our procurement process.

Qualifications

• At least a completed HBO degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Starter applicants are invited to respond.
• Good command of Dutch and English; German or French is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented attitude and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with IT systems and basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Transferring articles from European purchasing to China purchasing.
• Requesting quotations and managing articles in the system.
• Ensuring stock management and data quality in the ERP system.
• Managing suppliers based on price, delivery time and MOQ.
• Supporting the purchasing department with various operational tasks.

As a

What will you do as a Tactical Buyer?
As a Tactical Buyer at Ebusco you will be responsible for securing and further developing our tactical procurement process. You will handle specifying, selecting and contracting, and contribute to the professionalization of our Procurement department. You request quotations, manage articles and ensure proper stock management in our ERP system. You also manage suppliers on price, lead time and MOQ, carry out supplier evaluations and support your colleagues in daily procurement tasks.

Your Responsibilities At a Glance

• Transferring articles from purchasing in Europe to purchasing in China;


• Requesting quotations and managing articles;


• Ensuring stock management and data quality in the ERP system;


• Managing suppliers based on price, delivery time and MOQ;


• Supporting the purchasing department in a variety of tasks, including operational tasks.
  

What do we ask of you?

• At least a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in a technical field;
