Job summary

Super Micro B.V. is seeking a System Product Engineer to coordinate engineering efforts across Sales, Production and Operations from its EMEA headquarters in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. The role requires hardware and software knowledge to configure total solutions for enterprise customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, support server products through their life cycle, and provide documentation and technical know-how to production lines. English is essential; Dutch/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in server industry with hardware and software background.
• OS administration with Linux experience; scripting is a plus.
• Strong cross-department communication.
• English fluent; Dutch/Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering management coordination to Sales/Customers, Production, Purchasing and Operations.
• LAB HW/SW setup and production issue resolution; analyze business metrics.
• Process Invoice BOM approval and support standard server/OEM products.
• Lead post-sales support activities such as RMA and ECO implementations.
• Be a contact pivot to US System PE.
