As SOTAS expands to support next-generation integrated mission systems, we are seeking a talented System Engineer to join a 6-person System Engineering Team. As a System Engineer, your primary focus will be on structuring and managing the essential information and knowledge that powers the design and development of our innovative products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering teams to gather, organize, and synthesize technical information for product and system design
Ensure the team follows and continually matures our engineering processes
Develop and maintain searchable databases and documentation systems (lessons learned, best practices, engineering methodologies)
Establish a logical documentation framework to ensure easy access and retrieval for all projects and team members
Conduct regular reviews to guarantee content accuracy and relevance within the knowledge management system
Assist in developing tools and resources that enhance the overall efficiency of the engineering process
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing through workshops and training sessions
Support project teams by providing critical information for timely decision-making and problem-solving
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in technical documentation and information sharing

Experience/Skills required:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of system engineering principles and a keen focus on organizational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:
