Senior Recruitment Consultant at Bennet & Boss | Engineering & Project Services Specialist | Connecting Talent with Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer with a solid background in the Systems Engineering approach to design, engineering, and construction projects, particularly within EPC in the Offshore and Infrastructure sectors.

This is a unique opportunity to grow rapidly in the fields of Systems Engineering and MBSE. In addition to project work, you will also contribute to shaping the corporate SE strategy.

Within our projects, you will work with established Systems Engineering processes, including:

• Verification & Validation (V&V)
• Requirements Management
• Testing and Risk Management
• All while conforming to relevant ISO standards in our industries

You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of complex and exciting projects across Offshore Construction, Civil Infrastructure, Maritime, and Traffic systems.

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc degree with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Systems Engineering
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); Dutch is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in setting up, building and managing a requirements database (e.g. Relatics) is a requirement
• Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), with hands-on experience in visual modelling tools such as SysML
• Strong background in Verification & Validation (V&V) and data-driven requirements management, with exposure to a broad range of industries and disciplines
