Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience in automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
• Experience in ECU systems, embedded controls, diagnostics, and vehicle communication architectures.
• Proficiency with requirements management and system modelling tools such as DOORS NG, Polarion, Capella, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Develop and maintain system architecture, elements, and interfaces with defined definitions.
• Perform system modelling, simulations, and trade-off analyses to support technical decisions.
• Collaborate with software, functional safety, cybersecurity, electrical and mechanical engineering teams.

You will define subsystem behavior and interfaces, and ensure seamless integration with software, hardware, and the operating environment.Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and the System and Integration Manager, you will evaluate technical concepts, perform feasibility studies and risk assessments, and drive robust technical solutions that meet performance, quality, safety, and project objectives.
