Job summary

EARTH Concepts is seeking an Account Manager HoReCa to grow hospitality relationships across The Randstad, Netherlands. This on-site, full-time role involves presenting EARTH Concepts products, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue in the sustainable water brand.

You will visit clients, monitor sales, coordinate orders and deliveries, and align campaigns with marketing and operations to boost brand visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or field sales in HoReCa/FMCG.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage a regional portfolio.
• Fluent English; Dutch language is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within The Randstad region.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visit and manage hospitality clients across The Randstad, NL.
• Identify and approach HoReCa partners; present EARTH Concepts products.
• Negotiate commercial agreements aligned with the mission.
• Monitor sales performance and coordinate ordering and delivery needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations on promotions and product placements.
• Report on account activities, market developments, and opportunities.
