Job summary

Longevity Partners Limited in Amsterdam is seeking a Full Time Sustainability & Energy Analyst to support a broad range of services across BREEAM, GRESB and climate risk assessments. The role involves data collection, energy auditing and working with design teams to improve building performance.

You will travel across Europe for site visits and client meetings, and you’ll grow your technical base across our service lines in the first years to identify specialization areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Sciences / Energy Sciences, Engineering, Building Physics, Building Services Engineering or Architecture.
• Based in the Randstad region.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Strong numeracy and ability to handle technical datasets and energy calculations.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building assessments using rating schemes (BREEAM) and provide technical optimisation advice.
• Support BREEAM In-Use assessments across standing portfolios with data collection and scoring.
• Assist BREEAM New Construction and refurbishment assessments, track credits and liaise with design teams.
• Support GRESB submissions with data collection and evidence preparation.
• Contribute to climate risk assessments and draft adaptation and resilience recommendations.
• Assist energy audits and site surveys, analyse metering data and identify energy conservation measures.
• Contribute to Sustainability Strategy development through peer/review, legislation and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop Net Zero Carbon calculations and strategies.
• Perform Sustainability Due Diligence analyses and manage own workload to meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports, recommendations and present to clients and project teams.
• Assist with pitches and proposals and participate in training for rating schemes.
