Job summary

Biscuit International is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Coordinator to drive sustainability across an international food organisation. You will work with Group ESG, Operations, Procurement, Quality and Sales to translate strategy into measurable results.

You will focus on ESG reporting, certifications and data-driven improvements, supporting stakeholders and customers with ESG data, questionnaires and roadmaps across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Food Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, data analysis, or project management.
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks, KPI monitoring, and data management.
• Structured, analytical, and capable of coordinating projects across teams.
• Fluent English; collaboration in international environment; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG data collection and reporting (CSRD, EcoVadis, Sedex, customer requests).
• Analyse environmental performance data (energy, water, waste, carbon).
• Coordinate sustainability projects focusing on carbon reduction and energy efficiency.
• Manage sustainability certifications (RSPO, FSC, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance) including audits.
• Support stakeholders and customers with ESG data, questionnaires and roadmaps.
