Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Group ESG Reporting Lead to drive accurate ESG data collection across the Group and support external audits for the Annual Report. You will help implement an ESG reporting tool, embed ESG policies, and align practices with TCFD/CSRD/SASB standards.

The role requires numeracy, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with global finance and non-finance teams to advance the Group’s ESG strategy and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Experience of ESG assurance and/or reporting.
• Knowledge of ESG standards, frameworks and regulations including TCFD, CSRD and SASB.
• Experience in CDP and EcoVadis submissions.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with global finance and non-finance teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of ESG data across the Group in line with standards and statutory requirements.
• Support ESG team in driving the Group’s ESG strategy through accurate data.
• Assist with implementing an ESG reporting tool and the governance framework for data collection.
• Identify data gaps and determine solutions to meet reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and non-financial data for ESG reporting.
• Support external auditors/assurance providers and the annual report preparation.
• Work with external advisors on evolving ESG standards and policies to support the Group’s ESG strategy.
