Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in ICT.
• Experience at an ICT service provider.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise & Security Suite.

Function

As Support Engineer ICT, you will be the point of contact for our customers with support requests received by phone and email. Your duties include helping and supporting our clients remotely with installations, malfunctions and changes to cloud environments, servers, (WiFi) networks and workstations.

What exactly will you be doing:

• Taking, executing and monitoring support requests and outage reports;
• Inform customers of the status of calls and requests;
• Record relevant information in our record systems;
• Provide support on customer environments based on Microsoft's cloud solutions;
• Perform administration work on the various client environments;
• Install and manage new software and hardware;

Job Requirements

Who are you?

• You are technically proficient with at least 3 years of work experience;
• You have an MBO+ or HBO background;
• Experience at an ICT service provider;
• You have knowledge of the complete Office 365 suite, Intune, Microsoft Enterprise & Security Suite;
• You have experience with RMM tooling such as Solarwinds N-Able or Kaseya.
