The Execution & Activity Manager role focuses on ensuring product availability, optimizing service levels, and coordinating launches and changes with demand planners and central teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. French/German knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's (or higher) degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English languages.
• French and/or German knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and activity management to ensure product availability and service level.
• Balance stock, cash and cost; coordinate with demand planners and SC teams.
• Lead BDNE activities: launches, stops and changes; ensure timely execution and risk mitigation.
• Analyze monthly service level; perform root-cause analysis and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and local teams to optimize the portfolio and meet deadlines.
