Job summary

Nestlé Benelux seeks a Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL to balance customer service with operational efficiency across Benelux. You will optimize repack plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and external partners to ensure timely product delivery.

The role requires 2 years in supply chain or related fields, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience with SAP/OMP/Power BI/Excel.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Planning, Transportation Planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in planning and reporting tools such as SAP, OMP, Power BI, Excel or equivalent systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities
