Nestlé Benelux is seeking a Market Distribution & Load Planner BNL to balance customer service, efficiency, and transport optimization across the Benelux region. You will work with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and external partners to optimize distribution and planning processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in planning and reporting tools such as SAP, OMP, Power BI, Excel or equivalent systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize repack plans across the Benelux network.
• Monitor service performance and proactively address supply chain constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to balance customer requirements and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within distribution and logistics processes.
• Support decision-making through data analysis and planning insights.
• Ensure alignment between market requirements and supply chain capabilities.
