Job summary

Stora Enso is seeking a Supply & Inventory Planner to maintain a reliable inventory overview across our warehouses in the Netherlands. You will collaborate with planning, production, logistics, procurement and IT to improve processes and standardize reporting.

What will you do?As a Supply & Inventory Planner, you ensure a reliable and up‑to‑date inventory overview in our internal and external warehouses. You collaborate closely with colleagues from planning, production, logistics, procurement, and IT to keep inventory management running smoothly. In this role, you combine accuracy with the ability to improve and standardize processes. You don’t just focus on what needs to be done, but also on how it can be done smarter, more consistently, and more efficiently.Your core responsibilitiesYou ensure a reliable and up‑to‑date inventory overview in internal and external warehouses;You investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure differences are resolved in a timely and thorough manner;You monitor inventory movements in the ERP system and process transactions consistently and accurately;You prepare clear reports on aging, trends, and discrepancies, and contribute to further standardization of information reporting;You support planning and supply with tasks such as paper and preprint processing, daily figures, and material consumption registration;You actively contribute to improving and standardizing daily processes, with a focus on simplicity, predictability, and quality;You use data to identify trends and bottlenecks and translate these insights into proposals that further professionalize inventory management;And all other tasks associated with the role of Supply Planner.About Stora EnsoBusiness Unit West Europe consists of corrugated packaging production sites and wholesale operations serving the Dutch and Belgian markets with sustainable packaging solutions.
