Job summary

Stora Enso is seeking a Supply & Inventory Planner to ensure a reliable inventory overview across internal and external warehouses. You will collaborate with planning, production, logistics, procurement and IT to keep inventory management accurate and efficient.

You will analyze trends, drive standardization of reporting, and support daily tasks such as paper and preprint processing, with a focus on simplicity, predictability and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level HBO level working and thinking ability.
• Accurate, analytical and structured work style.
• Affinity for systems and improving processes.
• Clear communication across tasks.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a reliable and up-to-date inventory overview in internal and external warehouses.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory movements in the ERP system and process transactions accurately.
• Prepare reports on aging, trends, and discrepancies and standardize reporting.
• Support planning and supply with tasks like paper/preprint processing, daily figures, and material consumption registration.
• Contribute to improving and standardizing daily processes focusing on simplicity, predictability and quality.
• Use data to identify trends and bottlenecks and translate insights into improvement proposals.
• Handle all other tasks associated with the role of Supply Planner.
