Job summary

Advantech Europe is seeking a seasoned supply chain specialist to optimize material planning, inventory management and international logistics across Europe. You will forecast demand, coordinate with Sales, and ensure on-time delivery by leveraging SAP data and Excel-based analyses.

Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics and Finance, using Power BI for reporting and continuous improvement. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP in material management, MRP, inventory management, purchase orders, STOs and deliveries.
• Analytical, highly organized with strong Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control supply chain activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create forecasts after discussions with Sales to align future plans.
• Manage inventory reports, order fulfilment and shipment monitoring as daily tasks.
• Identify supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement through process optimization and standardization.
