Job summary

TCL Electronics Europe seeks a motivated Supply Chain Intern to support Benelux order fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory management and reporting in an international setting.

You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or related field; you demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, solid Excel knowledge, and excellent English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Intern to support our Benelux Supply Chain team in daily order fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory management and reporting activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an international supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders from order receipt to final delivery.
• Coordinate with sales team, factory, warehouse, and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up on delivery status and resolve routine operational issues.

Logistics Coordination

• Track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders regarding shipment status.
• Assist in transportation planning and delivery scheduling.
• Support logistics cost and service performance monitoring.

Inventory & Supply Chain Analysis

• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
• Support PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) data preparation and analysis.
• Identify potential inventory risks and prepare summary reports.

Administrative Support

• Support ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
