Dahua Europe B.V. is the WEU regional headquarters of Dahua Technology, responsible for supporting business growth across Western Europe. With the rapid expansion of regional sales and the diversification of business channels, the supply chain team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate planning, efficient inventory management, and stable product availability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Reporting
- Support monthly consolidation of sales order data and inventory data from internal systems (e.g., GSP and other supply chain databases).
- Maintain and update inventory planning dashboards and operational reports.
- Assist in preparing customer analysis reports and inventory reference data for supply planning.
- Ensure data accuracy through basic data cleaning and sanity checks.
2. Inventory Planning Support
- Assist planners in preparing inventory strategy data and planning inputs.
- Support the update of inventory base tables and planning reference datasets.
- Help extract historical sales data to support forecast analysis and statistical models.
3. Supply Chain Operation Tracking
- Help track product production lead times and shipment schedules.
- Assist in monitoring air freight / sea freight shipment status and maintaining related tracking records.
- Support follow-up of delivery schedule exceptions and operational issues.
4. E-commerce Data Monitoring
- Support monitoring of e-commerce channel data (e.g., Amazon) including sales performance and inventory levels.
- Assist with sales and inventory tracking reports for online channels.
- Provide basic data insights to support supply planning decisions.
- Support preparation of forecast accuracy tracking and KPI analysis reports.
- Assist the team in identifying data inconsistencies and process improvement opportunities.
- Help maintain and improve automated queries or reporting templates when applicable.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related fields.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and formulas required, Power Query and Power Pivot preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting concepts is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Language
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Chinese speaker is required.
