Job summary

Bonduelle, Eindhoven, is seeking an Execution & Activity Coordinator to oversee both execution management and activity management across BDNE. The role aims to ensure product availability, maximize service levels, and balance stock, cash, and costs in a challenging, fast-moving environment.

You will work with demand planners, central SC teams, sales, finance and marketing to respond to disruptions, drive improvements and coordinate launches, stops and changes to keep the supply chain running

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English languages.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Experience across multiple functions (SC, marketing, finance, sales).
• Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast short-term demand and adjust supply to maximize service level.
• Manage the out-of-stock process to balance cash and cost while maximizing service level.
• Oversee quota management across BDNE and align with customer service and central SC teams.
• Analyze monthly service level performance and propose improvements.
• Act as gatekeeper and coordinator of BDNE activities (launches, stops, changes) and ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and SC to optimize the portfolio and drive recommendations.
