• You act as the operational bridge between Separation & Establishment teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions, dependencies, and risks.

Who we're looking for

You bring 4–6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement within FMCG or a similarly complex operating environment, with exposure to Planning, Manufacturing, Technology, Procurement, or Supply Chain Strategy. You have a proven track record supporting end-to-end transformation, network design, or manufacturing capability projects across internal operations and external partners.

• Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels, with effective communication towards operational teams and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to risk and issue management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.

Department

This is a global role based at the AIR Office in Rotterdam, reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Establishment Manager. Key interfaces include Separation Workstream Leads, Establishment Leadership, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Leadership, Factory Directors, and functional teams across Procurement, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, Quality, Engineering, and Legal.
