Qualifications

• The Supply Chain Establishment Manager is responsible for ensuring Day 1 readiness and business continuity while supporting the design and implementation of the Day 2 operating model.
• The role serves as the critical operational link between Separation & Establishment teams, driving coordination, risk management, milestone delivery, and stakeholder alignment across workstreams.
• You act as the operational bridge between Separation & Establishment teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions, dependencies, and risks.
• You own and maintain L1, L2, and L3 action and milestone tracking, monitor progress against key deliverables, and escal… Day-to-day, you coordinate across multiple workstreams, lead engagement with factories and operational teams, and manage project-related data requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across the program.
• Develop recommendations and action plans to mitigate operational and project risks.
• Facilitate factory engagement and data collection activities required for separation and establishment planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Day 1 readiness and Day 2 operating model design and implementation.
• Lead cross-workstream coordination and stakeholder alignment across factories.
• Track L1–L3 actions and milestones, and escalate risks as needed.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and propose mitigations.
• Facilitate data collection for separation and establishment planning.
