Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Supply Chain Commercialisation team of a leading FMCG company. This is a 12-month assignment, starting as soon as possible.

In this role, you will act as Project Manager White Dairy, focusing on Design to Value (DtV) projects. The objective of the program is to maximize value and minimize product costs by aligning commercial needs with internal and external production capabilities. You will be the key link between functions such as R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DtV and renovation projects from initiation through execution and implementation.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication across multiple functions and business units.
• Prepare business cases and CAPEX requests as needed.
• Ensure proper project documentation and compliance with internal tools.

Requirements

• 7–10 years’ experience in FMCG, with a strong track record in project management.
• Knowledge of new product/packaging development processes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and customer networks.
• Proven stakeholder management and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Pragmatic, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability.
• Experience in product development and processes is a strong plus.

• Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote).
