Job summary

Frencken in the Netherlands is seeking an Escalation Manager Supply Chain to resolve critical supply chain and material availability issues that could impact production continuity and customer commitments. You will act as the central coordinator among suppliers, internal stakeholders, and management to drive rapid recovery and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, or Program Management.
• Proven experience managing supplier performance and escalations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience with structured improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own complex supply chain escalations; assess, prioritize and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to develop and execute recovery plans.
• Challenge suppliers on performance, commitments and corrective actions.
• Drive root cause analysis and long‑term improvements.
• Monitor supply chain risks, performance trends, and escalation metrics.
• Provide management with clear insights and recommendations.
