Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics B.V. in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Escalation Manager to lead resolution of critical supply chain and material availability issues impacting production and customer commitments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage suppliers, and drive rapid containment, sustainable recovery, and clear stakeholder communication in a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business).
• Experience in managing complex escalations in a high-tech environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalation Management: lead and coordinate critical supply chain escalations with production impact.
• Supplier Management: lead supplier escalation meetings and drive corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: lead root cause analysis and preventive actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Performance Management & Reporting: develop KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
