Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Reporting Intern in Rotterdam to join the Supply Chain Finance team. You will work with plant data, build reporting solutions, and gain hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, data automation, and AI.

The internship starts in February 2027 for at least six months, with a hybrid work setup (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) and a monthly allowance of €650. English fluency is required, Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing HBO/Bachelor’s/Master’s in a related field.
• Interest in project management and supply chain operations.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organise and structure data for selected EMEA plants.
• Combine actual and forecast data with Budget 2027 assumptions.
• Track data sources and identify data quality issues.
• Build monthly Budget versus Actual reporting.
• Analyse volume, productivity, labour and cost drivers.
• Automate recurring management reporting and scorecards.
• Explore AI-assisted commentary to support reporting.
• Support monthly reporting cycle and improve processes.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Plant Finance and Operations.
• Document reporting processes and handover steps.
